I met Ingrid as her coach for a Team In Training event to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. After the race event I met with Ingrid and Robert to discuss their plan to move up to a newer and larger home for their kids and family pets. It was time for a nice yard and some space. The first step was to sell a home in Descanso where Robert’s family had owned land for more than 30 years. It took some time, but a perfect buyer came along who liked the country feel of Descanso. Then we focused on selling their townhome in Scripps Ranch after making a few improvements. We timed the sale of their Scripps Ranch home with the purchase of their new home in Escondido to close escrow on the same day. I’m so happy to have helped Ingrid and Robert achieve this plan, and they can now host larger family gatherings in their beautiful new home.

It was an honor to list a home in Descanso that had been in the family of one of my clients for two generations. They built the home on land the family had owned since 1974. It was an emotional sale, but my clients are pleased that another family will enjoy the home they built.
