I’m so happy for this family whom I’ve represented on multiple homes sales. This time it’s on a move up purchase to a bigger home in Vista. Yes, we’re all properly masked for the occasion.

What a fantastic moment to hand keys to my clients for their new home in Encanto. The gentleman in the middle is a serviceman who put together a plan to purchase a home for his family. In the midst of all the craziness going on around us, he stuck to his plan and closed escrow yesterday. It’s an honor to represent such a brave man who is so dedicated to his family.

My buyer clients, Justin and Shannon, had been renting since moving to North County. They wanted to find a home to purchase located within a good school district for their children. They also needed a yard for their two dogs. A work colleague suggested to they might look in the Del Cerro neighborhood. They found a nice, mid-century home with enough indoor and outdoor space. They had a vision for updates while keeping the home’s mid-century charm. It was wonderful to represent them and to join them for dinner just before the end of last year. May the Force be with you! My buyer clients, John and Kelly, had discussed their plans to purchase a home for months. They needed to find a home where the association would allow their larger, beautiful dog, and they did right away in Vista. When they decided to schedule some showings with me they were ready. In fact, they ended up offering on and purchasing the first home that I showed them. That’s unusual for any buyers but even more unusual for first time home buyers. Sometimes buyers will find their dream home immediately, and my clients were decisive and determined not to let this great home pass them by even though it was the first home they saw. They have discovered a new, friendly community in Vista. It was my honor and pleasure to represent these wonderful folks and friends. Find out more at kerrygarnett.com.

It was my honor to be the Team In Training coach when Jessica successfully completed the 2010 Los Angeles Marathon. I was so pleased to meet up with her again when she and Phil began searching for a home in early 2012. They decided to make a big change from downtown San Diego condo living to a beautiful home in Carlsbad. They tell me Barkley likes his new home too!

When George and his family had outgrown their home in Chula Vista, they and wanted to find a new home with more space. I showed them a beautiful home in Bonita that was being sold as a short sale. There were some nervous moments waiting for the seller’s lenders to agree to the short sale so it was a thrill and an honor to be able to hand over the keys to George and his wonderful family.

These are my clients, Kris and Susan, whom I first met as a coach for Team In Training. They are both active in all of the TNT sports. It was my honor to help them find their beautiful, recently remodeled home in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego. They can hear the Mount Carmel High School band practices from their back yard and may become fans of the Sundevil sports teams.

After searching for several months it was such a great pleasure to help first-time buyers Chris, Raven & Zephyr find and purchase their new home in Vista, CA. It’s a very unique house built in the 1920s and recently remodeled and expanded. It’s a wonderful home where a baby can grow up and a family can build many happy memories together.

I’m happy I was able to help Jay great home in Rancho Bernardo overlooking a golf course. Jay is a strong runner and coaches triathletes who train with Team In Training in San Diego. Jay is a great guy who allowed me to plug in my electric car at his house and gave me a ride before six in the morning one day when I was running low on battery power.
