My seller client, Katy

It was my pleasure to represent Katy on the sale of her condo in the Point Loma neighborhood. Katy had been planning to relocate with her job to be closer to her family on the east coast. I met with Katy to talk about some simple things she could do before listing her home for sale. She spent several weeks on reasonable, small projects and cleaning all the surfaces of the home. Her condo looked beautiful when it was ready to be listed at the beginning of this year. She reached an agreement with a buyer after just 5 days on the market.
